After years of working for several big corporations as a talent acquisition specialist, our founder decided to embark on a new journey; creating a small company based not just on metrics or revenue, but on core values and overall happiness. Caribbean Global was born out of a desire for a team-based company, where diverse employees are valued equally and work together instead of as competitors. A company whose main goal is increasing success and mutual happiness in the greater workforce, globally, for both companies and their employees.
